I've had my shop for 18 months & I'm really happy with how well it's going. I work really hard to source quality products and provide excellent service. My fantastic feedback demonstrates that I am achieving this. Thankyou my wonderful customers!
Things I sell
I am one person, a seller working from home, not a faceless company. I strive to provide a more personal service than you will receive elsewhere and always answer any questions you may have quickly and succintly.
If you need something urgently I will go beyond the call of duty to make sure that your product reaches you when you need it, so don't hesitate to ask me if I can send out an item the same day.

All items are sent out next working day at the latest (and sometimes same day as purchase when time allows).
Items are posted Monday through Friday. Courier delivered items are booked for next day collection provided payment is made by 8pm (due to courier online booking cutoff times).
Returns are accepted under the Direct Selling Regulations... You have a right to change you mind and return an item within 7 days of receipt. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original unopened packaging. Returned items should be sent via a tracked service for your own security, as items are the buyers resposibility until received back to the seller (ie. just in case it is lost on the way back to me). Return postage is NON-REFUNDABLE (the buyer is responsible for paying return postage). Sorry but I cannot accept returns for items that have been used. If an item proves to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact me, within 3 days of receipt, via ebay message service to discuss and arrange a suitable solution. Damaged items need to be returned and assessed before a refund is issued.
