Thanks for visting our shop. We are based in Chatham and are one of the largest independent toy retailers in Kent. We have been trading under the name D & A Toys since 1977. We stock hundreds of toys, pools, dolls houses, summer toys, bikes, scooters, go karts, R/C cars, puzzles, plus loads more.
Payment
We accept paypal as our prefered method of payment.
We can accept payment over the phone via all credit & debit cards, however we can only do this between 9am - 5pm Mon - Sat.

£7.50 Postage Deal
If your buying more than one item, paying for them all at the same time, and having them all delivered to the same address, you can take advantage of a one off £7.50 delivery charge.

Courier service (UK Mainland only) - larger & multiple items.

If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Island or the Channel Isles please contact us before purchasing for a delivery cost.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from receiving payment.

D&A Toys is one of the largest independant toy retailers in the S.E. of England and has been trading as a family run business in Chatham Kent since 1977.
Payment Policy
Paypal is our prefered method of payment as it is so quick & safe however we can also take payments over the phone (01634 408808)Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm on all credit & debit cards.
Postage Information
We wrap, pack & send all our items as soon as payment is received.
Our courier delivers the majority of our items Mon - Fri nextday on a before 3pm signed for service. If your not going to be in during the week to receive goods let me know and I can deliver to a work address or a different address. Goods that aren't accepted are held for 4 days at the couriers depot then returned to me at extra cost.
If you add your mobile number in the 'note to seller' box you can receive SMS texts giving you info on your delivery times.
For smaller items we use Royal Mail as this is more cost effective.
Return Policy
If you are unlucky enough to have a faulty item let us know within 28days and we'll sort it for you straight away.
I'll refund any postage costs on goods returned however all I ask is that you contact me first then obtain a proof of postage receipt before sending anything back.
