Payment Policy
Inter Bank Transfer is highly recommended.
(I) For Singapore buyers, payment is to be made to our POSB/UOB accounts or Paypal.
(II) For Malaysia buyers, payment is to be made to our Maybank/Public Bank/CIMB accounts or Paypal.
(III) For buyers from other coutries, payment is to be made via Paypal only. Our Paypal email: Sales@eShoppingStrawberry.com
Postage Information
(I)Local Delivery ( Singapore ):
All items will be sent out within 2-7 working days upon receipt of payment confirmation.
Shipping fee (Normal Local) is clearly indicated in individual product catalogue. This fee includes packaging material, handling fee and normal local postage.
Do add another S$2.50 for Local Registered Mail (per purchase order).
NOTE: NORMAL LOCAL MAIL IS NOT TRACKABLE. SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OF ITEMS DURING DELIVERY.
(II) Malaysia Delivery:
All items will be sent out within 14 days upon receipt of payment confirmation, via POS Malaysia with Registered Mail.
Buyer pays indicated Shipping fee + S$3 (to Peninsular Malaysia) or S$4 (to Sabah/Sarawak). Average postage fee is ranging from S$4 - S$6 (RM8 - RM 15).
