Maybe we are kind, maybe we are nice, but some customers aren't nice! They ask questions after questions and never buy.(nevermind if its already written in description). They click on buy but they make you wait.(nevermind if you change your mind, but the least to do is say.) They leave you with lousy feedback when you did nothing wrong!!! That really pissed me off till today when I looked at my feedback! Please don't force yourself to buy if you plan to leave a negative or neutral feedback cos I dun plan to sell someone who dun appreciate the fact that it cost me more than what i am selling at,and better off keeping it for myself! Than again I would like to thank my REGULARS for keeping a look out for our updates and buying from us! Some of whom are accomodating and appreciative. KUDOS to you!!! We take pains to make sure our items reach the buyers in the fastest and most convenient way possible, although we may accomodate to request of meet up, its also the buyers responsibility to coordinate/cooperate with us. At certain time we may require a deposit of a certain amount if the items are pre-ordered or of a high value, its due to the fact that there are some people who reserved items for a significant time, thus deprive another person who would a potential buyer... And waste of our time and resource trying to co-ordinate a win-win situation. If there is an item that is similar to what we have listed, please feel free to enquire from us. If there is a plush/soft toy that you would like to have,but unable to catch from arcade, we would gladly do it for you at an agreed price by both parties...Toys caught from arcade are mostly sold at cost or even below cost, with a little profit if we are LUCKY. However as this just a hobby, PLEASE DO ENJOY YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HERE!

As most items are soft toys and bulky, most of the time meetups are preferred. Location: Tampines, Khatib, AMK, Bugis,Plaza Singapura. As the items are not necessary at one location, sometimes it takes 3-4 days to agree on a mutual location, therefore we seek your understanding on this matter. Its not an obligation on our part, but more of a personalised service! :)
