I accept returns within 14 days of receipt however in the interest of hygiene please ensure briefs, thongs , swimsuits and other underwear are tried on over your own underwear. Please ensure that items are returned unsoiled, unworn and unwashed with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. I reserve the right not to offer a refund if it is deemed that items are soiled and these terms have not been adhered to. Always obtain proof of posting when returning an item. A refund will be given via your original payment method except in the case of postal orders where a cheque will be sent. We refund the original postage costs, paid by you at the time of purchase, but you are responsble for the cost of returning your item. We therefore recommend it is sent 2nd class and a proof of posting obtained.
