What everyone should know about me
My name is Elizabeth (not Genevive) and I live in North Hampshire about 2.5 miles from the village of Hook (& the Post Office)
Things I sell
I'm happy to post worldwide and do quite frequently. Obviously things take a little longer to arrive. I have had a very small number of things go missing and if you would prefer your item to be sent with tracking - please let me know (usually an additional £5)
Unfortunately I am not a great linguist - but I can use Babel Fish (the language translator)
I use paypal so that I can post your item immediately, if you would prefer to pay with another method please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
I aim to post all items within 24 hours of receipt of payment. All postage will be 1st class or Airmail unless otherwise stated or requested.
I always obtain certificate of posting and if the worst happens I will do the form filling and obtain the refund and pass it on – unless you have some unusual love of form filling – in which case I can provide you with the certificate of posting
I usually weigh items - although occasionally I do guess. If I get this badly wrong (I'm not great at guessing airmail prices) I do refund your paypal account and let you know that I have done so. If you think the postage looks high, please feel free to contact me and I'll happily check before you buy and amend the listing if I've over estimated
To date I have only had 2 items not arrive in the UK (in over 24 months) and both of those were reimbursed by Royal Mail - albeit it taking approximately 6 weeks and plenty of paper work :-(
My policy as an eBay seller has been to give people the same customer service that I expect myself – I have high standards. But I am pragmatic and realistic and mistakes can be made and expectations can be different. If you are at all disappointed with your item, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. This will include a full refund on return of the item - no questions asked!

I check email regularly and you will mostly find that I respond to questions almost immediately, but certainly within 24 hours. If this is not going to be the case and I can plan for it, I will update this page at the bottom with details. I think the feedback system in eBay is vey important and as a buyer too I use it on every item I buy.
My views on completing feedback is quite simple, be honest but give the seller an opportunity to put right any genuine mistakes. We all make them
I have some family commitments that will mean closing my shop for a few days every couple of months. As soon as I know dates I will post them here...
