Postage Information
We know how important it is for you to receive your item quickly, that's why we try our very best to dispatch your order on the same day.
If not, your item will be shipped out on the next working day. Please note that we only ship Monday-Friday.
If you have placed your order on the weekend then this will be shipped out first thing on Monday. All shipping prices are shown on the listing.
All items are shipped out securely and safely to prevent any damage.

Royal Mail Tracked (Within 3-4 working days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next day) - (Orders must be placed before 12pm)
If you have not received your item within the time above please can you contact us through eBay or email.
Please can you make sure that somebody is at home for the delivery as a signature may be required.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 7 day returns/exchange policy.
You must notify us within 7 days of your receipt (from the day in which you receive the item)
If you have been sent a incorrect/faulty item we will refund you together on both postages costs.
Unfortunately we do not refund on postage/delivery costs if the item is unsuitable or does not fit.
Items need to be sent back to us in the original condition as they were sent out this is to include all tags, documents etc.
Once we receive the item back, a refund will be issued on the same day. If you wish to exchange the item a shipping fee will occur as charged by the courier.
We recommend that you send your item back to us with proof posting, as we are not liable for any loses or damages during transit.
