Sleep Apnoea (spelt Apnea in some countries) is a 'condition' where people stop breathing in their sleep. It is a very common 'condition' and at the moment in the UK, most people are undiagnosed. The most common symptoms are snoring, daytime tiredness, and often the sufferer will wake up in a morning feeling like they've not had a good night's sleep.
