I have more than 10 years in working experience for Jewel related items and Gemstone in a trading company and now I start selling these items directly to worldwide. My selling experience in eBay is new but previous working experience can bring you the best product in reasonable quality and price!
Payment Policy
We accept Paypal or credit card online through Paypal. You can combine your items automatically by clicking on the eBay PAY NOW button in any of your won/closed auctions. Please make sure the ship to address is CORRECT when sending payments as we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Postage Information
Handling period:
All sold items will be shipped out within 2 business days upon receipt of cleared payment (Business day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday in Hong Kong).
Shipping duration:
North America / Western Europe / Australia: It usually takes about 10-20 business days if custom clearance is smooth.
South America / Eastern Europe / Africa : It usually takes about 15-25 business days if custom clearance is smooth.
Asia: It usually takes about 10 business days if custom clearance is smooth.
All parcels will be sent out by Hong Kong Post NON-Registered Air Mail. If total order amount is over USD 40, parcels will be shipped by Registered Air Mail.
Custom Clearance:
All parcels will be stated as gifts in order to reduce applicable import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes) in various countries, and in most cases, there is none payable. In any event, we are not responsible for any taxes.
