PAYMENT WITHIN UK - we accept payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order made payable to NJ FENNER. Goods despatched once cheque has cleared. PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE UK - we accept payment by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Other methods of payment by prior agreement only. Please contact us for our bank account details if paying by Bank Transfer.

We aim to post items within 2 working days of cleared payment being received but may take a little longer at busy periods. SHIPPING NOTE: Surface Mail takes 2-4 weeks to Europe, 4-8 weeks to North America and 6-12 weeks to Australasia, Africa, South America and Asia.

Returns accepted within 14 days. Items are to be received back in the same condition as sent. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
