Bouncing Rabbit is a small, family business established in 2006. We aim to provide a reliable and prompt service to supply quality products at great prices. We are always happy to offer help and advice.
Payment Policy
We prefer PayPal, but can take payments by Postal Order or Personal Cheque by prior arrangement.
Postage Information
We don't charge for P&P. Our prices are all inclusive so what you see is what you pay. We always ship First Class (with the exception of some of our large, bulky items, for which we generally use Royal Mail Parcel or Parcel Force Services) and over 90% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on rapid delivery so feel free to check out our feedback.
Return Policy
We have a no-quibble returns policy. If you don't like it, order the wrong thing or simply change your mind you can always send it back for a full refund. We ask customers to return unwanted items within 14 days, but we'll accept returns well after this as long as the items are in good condition.
