I accept Pay Pal....eBay wants all transactions to go through Pay Pal...So whatever eBay wants, eBay gets! So, I'll say that I accept any form of payment that eBay allows these days.

I offer combined shipping and ship via USPS within 12 hours of payment. Insurance is strongly recommended when shipping glass or crystal. I usually leave the decision to purchase insurance completely up to the buyer. I take great pains to package everything to the best of my ability so that items will arrive safely. Please look at my positive feedback that reflects those efforts. To do so, I purchase quality packaging materials. These costs are reflected in the handling portion of postage charged to the buyer. My handling charges range from 50 cents to $1.50, I keep them as low as possible. Also, please be aware that the cost of delivery confirmation is already included in my domestic shipping rates. I do offer free shipping on many of my Buy It Now items and combined shipping always! Overseas shipping will be via UPS Priority or Express International only...for tracking/confirmation reasons and are suggested by eBay.

If the descriptions in my listings are not accurate, the items may be returned. Personal items such as clothing, cosmetics, and shoes are absolutely not returnable, for obvious reasons. I am very careful to include measurments and all important information, and I encourage buyers to feel free to ask questions before bids are placed! So many problems can be avoided if buyers would simply take the time to read listings carefully! Bottom line: if the listing is accurate the item can not be returned....so please...READ the listing!
