smooth and fast...worthy to deal with.

Cannot be trusted. Specifically mentioned that I do not want a matted protector but still send me the matted piece. 0 communication and cannot be bothered to hear what customer wanted. Waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY FROM PLAYCHAPTER. I bought an ipod touch charger and was told it was of 500mA current and white in colour. In the end I received a 1000mA current one and a black charger. To make it worse, I had even emailed playchapter personnel and double confirmed with them about the specification before doing my purchase. Despite their email confirmation, their delievered product doesn't tally with what was promised. Be a smart consumer, don't get conned by them.

Could you please respond to my messages please? Not the most friendly payment method for those without an account with a local bank. Finally managed to make a cash deposit to your POSB account but impossible to include eBay item reference. Can I assume that you are going to continue to ignore me now that you have received payment? And no intention to ship either?
