Domestic handling time is 1 business day.
We don’t ship international, USA only.
We ship the merchandise with USPS (insurance service).
Orders are shipped directly to the address listed on the payment.
Items will ship within 1 business day of payment via USPS.
Label cost includes charges for insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
An email will be sent informing you of your shipping method and tracking information when the item has shipped.
We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories (Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.)

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns can be refunded or exchanged, buyer pays return shipping and 15% restocking fee. Claims for damaged must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price less shipping. Place the original package and pack carefully.
