We accept PayPal, personal checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal orders ship to confirmed addresses only, no exceptions. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.

All listed freight is for delivery to the lower 48 U.S. states only. We ship USPS priority mail, UPS ground or UPS Freight. We must have a physical address and phone number for each shipment. We post shipping charges to AK, HI, PR as well as APO & FPO addresses within all of our auctions. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday. Our weekday pickups occur for USPS at 3 pm, UPS at 4 pm, and our freight carriers pick up between 3 pm - 5 pm. We process our orders once a day - 8 am Central time, it is our goal to get everything out within 36 hours after purchase, (weekend and hoildays excluded)

Any defective item may be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must contact Toolamerica to obtain a return authorization number.
