I was extremely impressed at how quickly the seller responded to my emails!!! Communication was spot on. I ordered a package and was waiting for it, but unfortunately it never arrived to Australia. After contacting the seller again, I was astounded that the seller, out of the kindness of her heart, has decided to post me a 2nd package at no additional cost!:) The chokers are exactly as described.
